Terms of service
1. Parties
The selling company’s details have not been configured yet.
2. Subject
The service provides software tools for analysing visibility on search engines and AI-assisted answer surfaces, planning and generating content, approval, publication on destination systems connected by the customer, and measuring results.
3. No guarantee of results
The service does not guarantee search-engine rankings, citations in AI-generated answers, traffic volumes, conversions or revenue. Impact estimates in the product are qualitative assessments and are presented as such.
4. Free trial and charges
The free trial lasts 72 hours from confirmed activation and requires a payment method collected by the provider. Before acceptance we show the next price, currency, first charge date and renewal interval. Cancelling before expiry prevents the charge.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the stated period unless cancelled. A price-list change does not retroactively alter amounts already invoiced.
5. Refunds
Dopo il periodo di prova non sono previsti rimborsi volontari, fatti salvi i diritti inderogabili previsti dalla legge applicabile, gli errori di addebito e gli obblighi del processore di pagamento. L’annullamento dei rinnovi futuri è sempre possibile.
Cancelling future renewals is always possible from the panel and is distinct from refunding a period already paid. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
6. Acceptable use
- Publishing misleading content, fake reviews or invented experiences is not allowed.
- Using external-publishing functions on platforms in breach of their terms, or for spam, coordinated voting or block evasion, is not allowed.
- The user is responsible for ownership of connected sites and the lawfulness of published content.
7. Generated content
Generated content requires user approval by default. The user is responsible for verifying facts, prices, regulations and territorial availability before publication. The product applies automatic checks but does not replace editorial review.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access in case of unlawful use, non-payment or security risk, with notice of the reason. The user may stop the service at any time by cancelling the subscription and requesting deletion of the data.
